A Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) is a steel structure that is designed, fabricated, and assembled using pre-engineered components — meaning all structural members (columns, rafters, purlins, etc.) are custom-engineered in the factory and bolted together at the site. It is a modern, efficient, and cost-effective construction method primarily used for steel structures such as warehouses, factories, showrooms, and even luxury constructions and multi-storey buildings.
Pre-engineered building systems are extremely versatile today — they’re not just for
warehouses anymore.
